Sempre achei que a música Whiskey in the Jar fosse uma música do Thin Lizzy e regravada pelo Metallica. Ledo engano, na verdade ninguém sabe quem a compôs mas com certeza ela vem sendo tocada desde o século XVII. Existe várias versões da música sempre contando a história de um homem que assalta um oficial, é traído por uma mulher e acaba punido com a morte. A trágica história se passa quase sempre na Irlanda, mas ainda existem versões que falam sobre o sul estadunidense colonizado por irlandeses. Sim, achei tudo isso na Wikipédia.
